I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be fully honest — no filters, no performance. That's what I try to create for every person who walks through my door.
Hi, I'm Elisha.
I'm a licensed child and adolescent therapist (LICSW) serving children, teens, and families in Concord, MA. I work with kids who are thoughtful, sometimes overwhelmed, and often carrying more than the people around them realize. Many of the families who find me have already tried to "wait and see" — and have finally decided it's time to get some real support.
In our work together, I focus on helping children and teens understand their emotions, make sense of their experiences, and build tools they can actually use. I draw from play therapy, trauma-focused approaches, and evidence-based practices — but I'm not interested in cookie-cutter therapy. Every child is different, and our sessions reflect that.
I believe therapy should feel like a place where your child can exhale. Whether they're navigating anxiety, processing something hard, or just trying to figure out who they are — I'm here to walk alongside them. My role isn't to fix your child. It's to help them reconnect with their own strengths and move forward with more confidence.
