Answers to common questions about working together.
Sessions are $180. I accept major credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards. A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available — please ask during your consultation.
I'm currently an out-of-network provider. I can provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend calling your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network benefits before your first session.
All sessions are held in-person at my Concord, MA office. I find that in-person sessions — especially for children — allow for richer, more connected work.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions. As things progress, we may shift to bi-weekly. We'll discuss cadence during your consultation and adjust based on your child's needs.
It depends on what we're working on. Some kids make significant progress in a few months; others benefit from longer-term support. I'll always be transparent about where we are and what I'm seeing.
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
